5. Confirmation of primary home: utility bill/credit card bill
6. 2 months bank statements showing funds to close and 12 months mortgage reserves. Funds to close and reserves must be transferred to borrower’s US bank account prior to closing.
7. International Credit Report (This is obtained by the Lender)
8. Additional conditions may be required.
